The vegan movement, with the help of research, has started to refine the diet to highlight the inclusion of many nutrient-dense superfoods to boost our health levels to allow us to live the healthiest, best life possible without suffering symptoms that a standard diet may trigger, such as lethargy, depression, diabetes, etc.
