How Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Saved My Life

The Beginning of My Struggle
Life can sometimes take unexpected turns, and for me, those turns almost cost me everything. A couple of years ago, I found myself trapped in the depths of intense anxiety and depression, unable to see any light at the end of the tunnel. Every day felt like a battle against my own mind, and I was losing hope.
Discovering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Fortunately, a close friend introduced me to a form of therapy that would completely change my life - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on changing negative thoughts and behaviors to improve emotional well-being. Intrigued by the potential benefits, I decided to give it a try.
